Professor Ahmed Bin Yahya Al-Jubaili is currently an adviser to the President of the University for Development and Quality, General Supervisor of the Strategic Plan, Professor of the UNESCO Chair in quality for Higher Education, Chairman of the general project committee of Strategic Plan in Higher Education in the Gulf countries. He is a professor of Educational Psychology, with a research interest in Measurement and Evaluation. He awarded his PHD from the University of North Colorado and held many administrative and academic positions such as:
· Vice rector for development quality at King Khaled University.
· The head of the strategic plan projects at Imam University in collaboration with many international specialized institutes.
· Professor, associate and assistant professor in the Department of Psychology at the Faculty of Social Sciences.
· Director of the graduate studies committee.
· Head of the team of advisors for the Prince Faisal bin Khalid Human Development Project in Assir region of the Emirate of Assir Region.
· A member of the Board of Directors of the National Commission for Academic Accreditation and Assessment.
· A member of the pilot projects of the Saudi Framework for Qualifications in the General Education Authority in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
· He was a member of the National Transformation Program launched by the Economic and Development Council of the Ministry of Education.
· He served as a Director General of the Research and Development Sector of Obeikan Research and Development Company.
· A consultant in the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Program for External Scholarship at the Ministry of Higher Education.
He has many local and international publications and presented many papers and worksheets in international and local.
Prof. Amal Salim
Professor of Educational Guidance and Psychological Counseling at the University of Baghdad. She held many positions and chaired many specialized committees. She is a permanent member of the Teacher Preparation Standards Strategy Committee (Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research) as well as a permanent advisory member of the Family Control Project Committee (House of Wisdom) She taught many university and postgraduate courses, and supervised many theses and dissertations. She has many research articles and scientific participations in specialized conferences.
Prof. Anddeas Demetriou
The scientific community of development psychology agrees that after Piaget’s most influential theory on developmental psychology, Demetriou’s Mind theory, which has dealt with many new concepts such as cognizance, is the most contemporary prominent one.
He is a professor Emeritus, University of Nicosia, Cyprus, Honorary Professor of Durham University, UK, and Fellow of Academia Europea and the International Academy of Education, and Former Minister of Education and Culture of the Republic of Cyprus. He is the founder of the theory of cognizance in development psychology. He was and still is invited to many universities around the globe as a guest lecturer, he is a reviewer and member of boards of numerous international journals in education and psychology such as: The British Journal of Educational Psychology, Cognitive Development, Developmental Science, Educational Research Review, Learning and Instruction, Journal of Development and Education, Psychology: The Journal of Greek Psychological Association. He served as a reviewer for many other international journals including Child Development, Cognition and Instruction, Memory and Cognition, Intelligence, International Journal of Behavioural Development, and Psychological Review.
He has published hundreds of articles and many books, in development psychology and education, which are used as reference books in many universities in the whole world currently. His theory about cognizance and cognitive development is taught throughout the globe
Prof. Bastian Baumann has been active in reforms of education systems for 20 years and was involved deeply in the establishment of the European Higher Education Area, the development of national and regional qualifications frameworks and quality assurance systems. He is Managing Partner of a specialised education consultancy firm working with governments, national bodies, international organisations and individual universities on strategy, system and institutional reform development and implementation, quality assurance and innovation in learning, teaching and assessment. He supports student-centred approaches and focuses on contextualised solutions inspired by international best practice. He has a background in law, having studied at the University of Trier and the Free University Berlin in Germany, and at the University of Malaga in Spain with specialisations in international public law and in Education Management where he graduated from the Institute of Education at University College London (IoE-UCL) in the United Kingdom.
Prof. Bassam Aouil
Holds a Ph.D. in Psychology from the Academy of Educational Sciences in Moscow - Russia. He has been President of the Polish Society of Therapists. His research interests are mental and sexual health, psychotherapy and sexual therapy. Prof. Bassam Aouil He teaches mental and sexual health, clinical psychology and clinical sexual psychology, psychology of personality and psychopathology at various universities in Poland. He holds several professional certifications in mental health, psychotherapy and sexual therapy.
Prof. Bassam Aouil also holds several professional certifications in mental health, psychotherapy and sexual therapy. He is the recipient of appreciation awards from the Polish state and the Polish authority for the rehabilitation of the disabled, in addition to award of the Marshal of the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Province and award of the president of the city of Bydgoszcz.
Hakima Magrabi is a professor of developmental psychology, she is a full member of the UTRPP laboratory, part of the theme of “Body, language, creativity”. Since July 2019, she has headed the federative research structure MEDIALECT, which strives to develop multidisciplinary research on new forms of literacy, assessment and remediation. She is also director of the psychology department (2016-2020) in Paris 7 and has had several administrative and scientific responsibilities since 2004. In particular, she managed the white ANR DevComp project (2010-2014) on the theme of reading comprehension of children and adults, funded by (The Ministry of EN, INSEE, BQR UP13, etc.). Her research is structured around two main axes: the first fundamental’s aim is to understand the processes involved in reading comprehension in children and adults, and to characterize the profiles of people in difficulty, the second is more societal; focuses on the issue of literacy assessment in collaboration with international and national bodies (OECD, Ministry of EN, UNESCO, INSEE, DARES, CAED de Fora, Brazil). She is the author of many articles about learning and reading comprehension of children and adults, indexed in Scopus.
Prof. Soumia Baazi, Ph.D.
Educational Sciences Professor in the department of psychology, education sciences and orthophonia at the University of Batna 1 – Algeria. She took a master degree in educational curricula and evaluation, and she is Ph.D professor in educational sciences.
Her research interests are : learning difficulties, educational evaluation and test construction, teaching quality, methodology and statistics, and constructive modeling. She teaches special education, educational evaluation, methodology, adapted education, evaluation and diagnosis in special education. Responsible for the BA in Special Education and Adaptive Education, And the head of LMD Ph. D project in Education Sciences, 2019-2020.
Prof. Saouma BouJaoude
Graduated from the University of Cincinnati, USA in 1988 with a doctorate in science education. Between 1988 and 1993 he was assistant professor at Syracuse University, Syracuse, USA. In 1993 he joined the American University of Beirut (AUB) where he served as Director of the Science and Math Education Center (1994-2003), Chair of the Department of Education (2003-2009), and is presently the Director of the Center of Teaching and Learning and Associate Dean of the Faculty of Arts and Sciences. BouJaoude won the TAKREEM Education Award in 2010, the Kuwait Prize for Education in 2017, and the Distinguished Contributions to Science Education through Research Award from the National Association for Research in Science Teaching (USA) in 2019. BouJaoude has published in the Journal of Research in Science Teaching (JRST), Science Education, International Journal of Science Education, Journal of Science Teacher Education, the Science Teacher, and School Science Review, among others. In addition, he has written chapters in edited books in English and Arabic, edited one book, and has been an active presenter at science education conferences. BouJaoude served as associate editor of JRST and serves on the editorial boards a number of science education journals.
Dr. Moosa A. Alkindi
Obtained his doctorate in Instructional Design form the University of Pittsburgh in 1995; a Master of Education in Instructional Design and Technology from Texas A&M University in 1989; a Bachelor of Electrical and Electronic Engineering form California State University – Sacramento in 1982. Dr. Alkindi worked at Oman TV (Ministry of Information), then at Sultan Qaboos University. The last position he held at Sultan Qaboos University was the Assistant Deputy President for Humanities Colleges. Currently, Dr. Alkindi works as the Director of Arab Open University in Oman since February 2007.
Dr. Alkindi taught several courses at the bachelor and master levels at United Arab Emirates University and Sultan Qaboos University. He also published several articles and presented several presentations and keynote addresses in the areas of multimedia applications and electronic and online learning. A sample of these presentations include:

· Electronic Learning in Open Learning Systems.
Prof. Neaman M. Al-Musawi
Holds a Ph.D. in Education from the Institute of General Pedagogics in Soviet Union. He received his Master degree in Physics from the Friendship University in Soviet Union. His research interests include standardization of tests. Al-Musawi is currently a professor of educational and psychological evaluation at the University of Bahrain. He teaches educational evaluation, educational psychology and psychology of special needs. He is recipient of the Scientific Research Prize from Kuwait University in 2010 and the Prize for the Abundance of Scientific Production at the University of Bahrain in 2016. He is a journalist and translator from English and Russian into Arabic and his name has been included in the register of Important International Figures with outstanding achievements in the Who’s Who for the year 2008.
Prof. Nicola Luigi Bragazzi.
An International expert in statistics and advanced psychometric methods.
He has got: BSc, MD, PhD, MSc, and MPH.
He published more than 436 articles - 3,738 citations, H-index 27 (Scopus). He is a reviewer for 193 scholarly journals. He won many National and International Prizes: Young Knight of the Italian Republic 2005, Guidoniani Prize 2018, USERN Prize 2019, MAI Prize 2020, to name but few.
He is a member of many international projects such as: The effects of dropping out on the European Universities, sponsored by European Union commission. He is a member and professor in the Laboratory for Industrial and Applied Mathematics (LIAM), Department of Mathematics and Statistics.

Professor Hicham Khabbache.
Hicham Khabbache is an international researcher and full professor of cognitive psychology at the University of Sidi Mohamed ben Abdellah. He is the head of the department of psychology, coordinator of social work branch, vice president of applied human sciences laboratory, and director/observatory of the long-life learning (UNESCO) project. He is a member of many international project with UNESCO, ANR, Europe Union commission, and Human sciences center of research CANDA, CNRST. He was invited to lecture in many international university, Germany, Canada, French, Switzerland, and The Francophone University Agency.
He is the Author of many articles and books indexed in Scopus. He is an approved expert by the UNESCO to assess the program of alphabetization in Africa. The actual theme of research of Hicham khabbache is the development and function of child intelligence networking and the pluralistic intelligence in the school context.
