The Journal of Law is a Periodical, Academic and Refereed Journal, which Accepts Original Contributions in Arabic, French and English. The Journal’s lnterests Pertain to Publications Concerning:
- Research and Studies*
- Commentary on Judicial Verdicts
- Dissertation Abstracts**
- Reports of Symposia and Seminars
- Book Reviews
General Guidelines and Rules for Authors:

1 |
1 -The paper should not have been previously published, or submitted for publication to any other journal.
2 – An Article must be original, profound, and an addition to knowledge.
3 - Ahrence to the rules and principles of scientific research and respecting authentication an accurate references.
4 – The paper submitted should not be a part of the author’s Doctoral or Master’s thesis, or a book previously published.

5 – The maximum number of pages should not exceed 50, unlees the research has phases. Two or more phases may weaken the research consistency.
6 – Once a research paper is the Journal, it should neither be submitted nor published in any other Journal without the prior written permission of the Editorial Board.
7 – Three typed and proofread copies of the paper should be submitted.
8 – Original papers received by the Journal are not returned whether published or not.

9 - An author musr submit a copy of his/her Curriculum Vitae along with the paper.
10- A one-page abstract in English must be enclosed, however, if unavailable, the author must provide an Arabic abstract.
11- Each author of a published paper is entitled to receive twenty reprints of the paper.
